汽车试验场随机激励试验路面建模方法研究

摘  要:试验路面的数字化模型是虚拟仿真应用的关键,其建模方式和精度直接关系到仿真结果能否真实反映实车的受载情况。文章结合虚拟试验场技术对数字路面的要求,针对汽车试验场随机激励路面的建模方法进行研究,应用固态激光雷达车载扫描系统建模,并在仿真环境中将其所构建的路面模型与当前广泛应用的解决方案进行了对比,二者的虚拟载荷特性及伪损伤结果基本一致。该应用具有数据处理简单、建模成本低且周期短等优势,可为国内汽车试验场提供参照。The digital model of the test pavement is the key to the application of virtual simulation,and its modeling method and accuracy are directly related to whether the simulation results can truly reflect the loading situation of the real vehicle.This paper based on the requirements of virtual proving ground technology on the digital pavement,research on modeling technology methods for randomized excitation test pavements,applied solid-state LiDAR on-board scanning system modeling,and comparing the constructed pavement model with the current widely used solutions in the simulation environment.The results show that the loads for both applications are more consistent in time and frequency domain characteristics.The application has the advantages of simple data processing,low modeling cost and short cycle time,which can provide a reference for the domestic automobile proving ground.
