摘　　要：刑事辩护方向的司法社会工作旨在为被指控或被定罪的案主提供辩护,确保其享有法律赋予的权利。同时,通过深入了解案主的个人发展历程,旨在找到案主被指控或被定罪的根本原因。这不仅有助于案主在法庭上获得客观、公正的判决,还能通过挖掘案主犯罪的深层动机,为制定相关政策与法规提供依据,以减少类似案件的发生。这不仅推动了我国司法体系的建设与发展,也为社会的稳定和谐发展提供了保障。本文通过对刑事辩护方向的司法社会工作和传统社会工作者所需技能的异同进行深入分析,与传统意义上的社会工作者相比,刑事辩护方向的司法社会工作者在技能上更加侧重法律领域的专业知识和技能,强调在法庭上为被告争取权益的能力。然而,这两者都需要优秀的人际沟通、心理援助和社会资源整合等共同技能。通过两者的对比,不仅有助于我国高等教育根据不同方向有选择地培养社会工作者的技能,进而提升我国社会工作者整体能力水平,同时也为推动我国司法体系的进步和发展贡献了一定的理论依据,有助于为社会创造更加公正、稳定的环境。The aim of judicial social work in criminal defence is to defend accused or convicted clients and ensure that they enjoy their rights under the law.At the same time,through in-depth understanding of the client’s personal development process,the aim is to find the root cause of the client being accused or convicted.This not only helps the victims to obtain an objective and fair judgment in court,but also provides a basis for formulating relevant policies and regulations to reduce the occurrence of similar cases by digging out the deep motive of the victims’crimes.This not only promotes the construction and development of our judicial system,but also provides a guarantee for the stable and harmonious development of society.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the differences and similarities between the skills required by judicial social work in the direction of criminal defense and traditional social workers.Compared with social workers in the traditional sense,judicial social workers in the direction of criminal defense pay more attention to professional knowledge and skills in the field of law,and emphasize the ability to fight for the rights and interests of defendants in court.However,both require common skills such as excellent interpersonal communication,psychological assistance and integration of social resources.Through the comparison of the two,it not only helps China’s higher education to selectively train the skills of social workers in different directions,and then improves the overall ability level of social workers in our country,but also contributes a certain theoretical basis for promoting the progress and development of our judicial system,and helps to create a more just and stable en-vironment for society.
