摘  要:近些年来,关于中小学教师惩戒权的法律规范不断出台。尽管教师惩戒权拥有法律保障,但在实践中仍然不愿使用,并且繁杂的法律条文反而成为教师的一种负担。因此,为了更好地帮助教师理解相关法律政策,本文从教师惩戒的法律规范、行政法规规范、地方性法律规范、行政规章规范四个方面展开梳理,以帮助教师更好地行使惩戒权。In recent years,the legal norms about the disciplinary power of primary and secondary school teachers have been introduced.Despite the legal protection of teachers’disciplinary rights,they are still reluctant to use them in practice,and the complicated legal provisions have become a burden for teachers.Therefore,in order to better help teachers understand relevant laws and policies,this paper reviews the legal norms,administrative regulations,local laws and administrative rules and regulations of teacher punishment,and helps teachers better exercise their disciplinary power.
