杨英姿运用五行理论治疗肺癌咳嗽经验

摘　　要：杨英姿主任医师为全国第五届名老中医专家学术经验继承人,现担任湖南中医药大学及重庆市中医药学院研究生导师,从事临床工作近三十年,擅长运用中医药治疗肿瘤及肿瘤相关病证,尤其善于运用中医基础理论,通过整体辨证论治治疗肿瘤及其相关病证。原发性支气管肺癌(简称肺癌)是起源于支气管黏膜或肺泡细胞的恶性肿瘤,也是目前世界上发病率、病死率最高的恶性肿瘤,且其发病率、病死率均在不断上升。临床表现主要为刺激性干咳、咯血、胸痛、胸闷、气急等症状。而咳嗽是肺癌最主要的症状之一,病程长、反复发作,常给患者带来极大的痛苦,严重降低了生活质量。中医药对肺癌咳嗽具有不错的疗效,已成为治疗肺癌咳嗽的重要方法之一。杨师认为人体是一个有机的整体,虽然肺癌是肺脏的局部病证,但肺癌咳嗽却与五脏六腑均有关,认为“五脏六腑皆令人咳,非独肺也”,认为咳嗽与人体气的运行密切相关,故杨师善于运用五行理论,通过培土生金、扶土抑木、佐金平木、扶正抗癌等治疗原则治疗肺癌咳嗽,取得了不错的效果。文章总结了杨师对于肺癌的病因病机的认识,以及杨师运用五行理论辨证论治肺癌咳嗽的方法,为临床运用中医药治疗肺癌咳嗽提供更多思路。Chief Physician YANG Yingzi is one of the inheritors of the academic experience of the 5th National Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Experts,is currently serving as a graduate supervisor at Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chongqing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Chief Physician YANG has been engaged in clinical work for nearly 30 years and is skilled in using TCM medicine to treat tumors and tumor related diseases,especially adopts at applying the basic theories of TCM to treat tumors and related diseases through holistic differentiation.Primary bronchogenic carcinoma,or lung cancer for short,is a malignant tumor originating from bronchial mucosa or alveolar cells.At present,lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest incidence rate and mortality in the world,and its incidence rate and mortality are rising.The clinical manifestations mainly include irritating dry cough,hemoptysis,chest pain,chest tightness,and shortness of breath.Cough is one of the most common symptoms of lung cancer,and it usually has a long course and recurrent attacks,often causing great pain to patients,seriously reducing their quality of life.TCM has a good therapeutic effect on lung cancer cough and has become one of the important methods for treating lung cancer cough.Chief Physician YANG Yingzi believes that the human body is an organic whole.Although lung cancer is a local disease of the lungs,cough is related to all five Zang-organs(脏)and six Fu-organs(腑).Chief Physician YANG Yingzi believes that all five Zang-organs and six Fu-organs cause coughing,not just the lungs.Chief Physician YANG Yingzi believes that cough is closely related to the operation of Qi(气)of body.Therefore,Chief Physician YANG Yingzi is good at using the five elements theory,good results have been achieved in the treatment of lung cancer cough by the methods of strengthening earth to generate metal,strengthening spleen to control liver,supporting lung to suppress liver,and supporting the essence for anti-cancer and othe
