摘　　要：经脉是经气运行的主要通道,有决死生、处百病、调虚实的作用,当经气不通、不荣时,疾病产生。气至对针刺调节人体经气有重要的意义。“飞经走气”就是应催经行气的原则而产生的针刺手法,是对刺灸法得气与气至病所的概括。苍龟探穴针法是“飞经走气”四法之一,具有过关节、催经气的作用,可达到“气至病所”的效果,从而疏通经脉以治疗疾病。关于苍龟探穴针法的操作,现代医家在疾病种类、手法刺激以及针具的选择方面有不同的见解。概括来说,苍龟探穴针法主要用于治疗骨关节炎、中风后偏瘫、吞咽功能障碍、颈椎病等疾病,临床疗效确切。文章从理论源流出发,整理历代医家对苍龟探穴手法的描述,对苍龟探穴手法进行溯源,概括其在现代临床中的发展及应用。为了探讨苍龟探穴针法的针刺效应,文章从《黄帝内经》中的五体理论出发,结合现代医学中的解剖、组织、生理学等相关内容,归纳推演苍龟探穴手法操作及针刺可能效应,以帮助针灸同道更形象地理解此类手法操作,从而更好地在临床中运用。Meridians are the main movement channels of Qi(气),has the functions of determining death and life,curing many diseases,and regulating the deficiency and excess.When meridian Qi is blocked and not prosperous,diseases occur.Qi reaching plays an important role in regulating human meridian Qi by acupuncture.“Flying along meridians to promote Qi circulation”is the acupuncture technique produced by the principle of promoting Qi circulation by stimulating meridians,which is a generalization of needling response and Qi reaching affected area of the acupuncture and moxibustion methods.The acupuncture method of“dark fortoise seeking hole”is one of the four methods of“flying along meridians to promote Qi circulation”,has the effects of promoting Qi circulation and Qi reaching affected area,thus dredging the meridians to treat diseases.In terms of the operation of the acupuncture method of“dark fortoise seeking hole”,modern doctors have different opinions on the types of diseases,the stimulation techniques and the choice of needle tools.In general,the acupuncture method of“dark fortoise seeking hole”is mainly used for the treatment of osteoarthritis,post-stroke partial,swallowing dysfunction,cervical spondylosis and so on,and the clinical effect is exact.Starting from the theoretical origins,this paper sorts out the descriptions of doctors in various generations on the method of“dark fortoise seeking hole”,traces its origin,and summarizes its development and application in modern clinical practice.In order to explore the effect of the acupuncture method of“dark fortoise seeking hole”,the article,based on the five-body theory in the Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),and combined with anatomy,tissue,physiology and other related contents in modern medicine,summarize and deduces the acupuncture method of“dark fortoise seeking hole”and the possible effect,with the aim of helping colleagues understanding such manipulation more vividly,so as to better apply it in clinical practice.
