摘　　要：黑苔在临床中并不多见,西医治疗仍处于探索阶段,尚无针对性治疗方案。中医往往采取对证治疗的方法。文章主要介绍了王树槐教授治疗黑苔的临床经验。文章介绍了黑苔的临床表现及病因,黑苔成因复杂,根据以往文献记载与临床研究发现,历代医家对黑苔病因病机的认识均不同,王树槐教授从湿论治黑苔,从寒湿、湿热、痰湿三个方面认识黑苔,并对黑苔有独特见解。在治疗黑苔时,王树槐教授认为,湿邪导致的黑苔,治疗应以祛湿为主,同时还要辨证施治,根据患者的具体情况来选用相应的方药治疗。仔细询问病史、把握病情是非常重要的,只有充分了解患者病情,才能进行正确的诊断和治疗。在用药方面,他主张根据患者的脉象和舌苔情况来辨证施治,常用的治疗方法有温阳化湿、清热利湿、祛痰化湿等,临床疗效显著。此外,王树槐教授还指出在治疗黑苔的同时,还需要患者注意饮食调理,避免食用过于油腻、生冷、寒凉的食物,以免损害脾胃功能。另外,患者还要加强运动锻炼,增强体质,这样有利于祛湿。文章对黑苔进行了系统介绍,并结合王树槐教授的临床经验进行了详细探讨,对于临床中黑苔的诊断和治疗具有一定的借鉴意义。Black moss is not common in the clinic,and western treatment is still in the exploratory stage,there is no targeted treatment program.In Chinese medicine,the treatment of black moss is often based on the evidence.This article mainly introduces Prof.WANG Shuhuai’s experience in the treatment of black moss.The article firstly introduces the clinical manifestations and etiology of black moss.The causes of black moss are complex,and according to previous literature and clinical studies,there have been different understandings of the etiology and pathogenesis of black moss among medical practitioners throughout the ages.Then treating black moss from the theory of dampness by Prof.WANG Shuhuai was introduced,and black moss was recognized from three aspects:cold-dampness,damp-heat and phlegm-dampness,and the professor had unique insights on black moss.In the process of treating black moss,Prof.WANG Shuhuai believes that the treatment of black moss caused by dampness should be based on eliminating dampness,and at the same time,it is also necessary to discriminate the symptoms of the disease to choose the appropriate prescription according to the patient’s specific situation.It is very important to carefully examine the history and grasp the condition,only on the basis of a full understanding of the patient’s condition can correct diagnosis and treatment be carried out.In terms of medication,he advocates identifying and applying treatment according to the patient’s pulse and tongue,and commonly used treatments include warming Yang(阳)and removing dampness,clearing heat and removing dampness,and dispelling phlegm and removing dampness,which have significant clinical effects.In addition,Prof.WANG Shuhuai also pointed out that in the treatment of black moss at the same time,patients also need to pay attention to dietary regulation,avoid eating too greasy,raw,cold food,so as not to damage the function of the spleen and stomach.In addition,it is also necessary to strengthen sports and exercise to enhance physical fitn
