摘　　要：党的长期执政是以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴、实现共同富裕、建设社会主义现代化国家进程中面临的重大理论和实践问题,是党的建设的根本性问题。迈入新发展阶段,中国共产党对于自身长期执政有了更为清晰的认知。从历史维度考察,中国共产党长期执政并非出自自身利益的统筹考量,而是中国共产党的本质属性所决定的,是维护国家和人民利益所决定的。中国共产党自诞生以来,就始终将实现中华民族伟大复兴作为己任,带领全国人民实现了从站起来到富起来再到强起来的历史性跨越。从现实维度审视,中国共产党在长期执政过程中要观照现实,将立党为公、执政为民作为中国共产党最基本的实践逻辑,统筹考量了中国共产党长期执政所面临的世情、国情、党情和社情。始终坚持以人民为中心思想,为中国人民谋幸福。从未来发展角度考量,中国共产党要持续提升长期执政能力,就要坚持自我革新,深入推进全面从严治党,厚植执政基础,领导人民为实现中国特色社会主义共同理想和共产主义远大理想接续奋斗。The long-term governance of the Party is a major theoretical and practical issue in the process of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,achieving common prosperity and building a socialist modern country with Chinese path to modernization,which is the fundamental issue of Party building.Entering a new stage of development,the CPC has a clearer understanding of its long-term governance.From a historical perspective,the long-term governance of the CPC does not come from the overall consideration of its own interests,but is determined by the nature of the CPC,and is determined by safeguarding the interests of the country and the people.Since its birth,the CPC has always taken it as its mission to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,leading the people of the whole country to achieve a historic leap from standing up to becoming rich,and then to becoming strong.Viewed from the practical dimension,the CPC should consider the reality in the process of long-term governance,take the establishment of the party for the public and governance for the people as the most basic practical logic of the CPC,and consider the world,national conditions,party and social conditions faced by the CPC in its long-term governance.We should always adhere to the people-centered philosophy and seek happiness for the Chinese people.From the perspective of future development,if the CPC wants to continue to improve its long-term governance ability,it must adhere to self-renewal,deepen comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,consolidate the foundation for governance,and lead the people in continuing to strive for the realization of the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the great ideal of communism.
