摘　　要：笔者介绍了临床路径的定义及背景,梳理了我国临床路径管理的发展沿革,重点针对推进临床路径管理工作各环节中存在的制约因素展开讨论,运用鱼骨图分析法从环境、政策、医院、医务人员及信息系统五大层面进行深入分析,以期为有效推进临床路径管理、促进诊疗同质化水平提升提供一些建议与参考。The authors introduced the definition and background of clinical pathway,sorted out the development history of clinical pathway management in China,focused on discussing the constraints existing in each link of promoting clinical pathway management,and conducted in-depth analysis from the five aspects of environment,policy,hospital,medical personnel and information system by using fishbone diagram analysis method so as to provide some suggestions and references for effectively promoting clinical pathway management and the homogenization of diagnosis and treatment.
