基于HRP的口腔高值耗材全生命周期管理体系的探索

摘　　要：目的进一步完善口腔专科医院高值耗材的精细化管理,建立符合医院高质量发展要求的耗材管理体系。方法构建口腔高值医用耗材全生命周期管理体系。以基于医院资源规划(HRP)的高值耗材全流程闭环追溯管理系统上线前、后的耗材管理耗时、库存金额、医护满意度、不良事件发生率等为观察指标,验证该管理体系的可行性和有效性。结果研究组在耗材管理时间、不良事件发生率、库存金额低于对照组,医护满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全生命周期管理及溯源体系可有效缩短管理时间、提高医护满意度、降低不良事件发生率和库存金额。Objective:To further improve the refined management of high value consumables in stomatological hospitals and establish a consumables management system that meets the requirements of high quality development in hospitals.Method:The whole life cycle management system of stomatological high value medical consumables was established.The whole-process closedloop traceability management system for high-value consumables based on hospital resource planning(HRP)was used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the management system,including the consumables management time,inventory amount,medical satisfaction and adverse event incidence before and after HRP was launched.Result:The study group was lower than the control group in consumables management time,adverse event incidence and inventory amount,and the satisfaction of medical care was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole life cycle management and traceability system can effectively shorten the management time,improve the satisfaction of medical care,reduce the incidence of adverse events and the amount of inventory.
