积极老龄化背景下上海老年居住环境质量的提升策略研究

摘　　要：本文是在积极老龄化背景下,基于人居环境和可持续发展理论,根据上海市统计年鉴相关数据,以及第四次中国城乡老年人生活状况抽样调查上海市数据集,采用了问卷调查研究方法,结合Excel数理统计方法及模型进行研究。通过对上海市老年人居住环境的需求分析,尤其是详细梳理老年人居住环境的特征以及现阶段上海居住条件的改变情况,提炼出上海老年人目前居住环境存在的困境和难点,致力于完善政府所提出的提升居住环境质量的政策参考,进一步推动我国老年人居住环境质量的提升。This article is based on the theories of living environment and sustainable development in the context of active aging.Based on relevant data from the Shanghai Statistical Yearbook and the fourth sampling survey of the living conditions of elderly people in urban and rural China in Shanghai,a questionnaire survey research method was adopted,combined with Excel mathematical statistical methods and models for research.By analyzing the demand for the living environment of the elderly in Shanghai,especially by detailing the characteristics of the living environment for the elderly and the current changes in living conditions in Shanghai,we aim to extract the dilemma and difficulties that exist in the living environment for the elderly in Shanghai.We are committed to improving the policy references proposed by the government to improve the quality of the living environment and further promoting the improvement of the living environment for the elderly in China.
