积极老龄化背景下老年人健康状况影响因素分析——基于ISM模型

摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化程度的加剧,老年人的健康状况越来越值得关注。本文利用2022年中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS),通过回归分析,选取十个与老年人健康状况相关性强的因素,后通过ISM模型分析各因素之间的关系,找出影响老年人健康状况的直接因素,即老年人情绪状态及经济状况,致力于以这两个因素为切入点,提升老年人的健康水平。研究建议关注老年人精神和物质两方面的需求,促使老年人保持良好的情绪状态,加强对老年人的经济支持,注重照料孙子女的老年人的健康与心理需求,从家庭发展和社会政策角度,加强对老年人的家庭支持和社会干预,促进老有所医、老有所护有机融合。With the intensification of aging population in our country,the health status of the elderly is increasingly worthy of attention.This article uses the 2022 China Family Tracking Survey(CFPS)data and regression analysis to select ten factors that are strongly correlated with the health status of the elderly.Then,the ISM model is used to analyze the relationship between these factors and identify the direct factors that affect the health status of the elderly,namely their emotional and economic status.We are committed to using these two factors as entry points to improve the health level of the elderly.Research suggests paying attention to the spiritual and material needs of the elderly,promoting them to maintain a good emotional state,strengthening economic support for the elderly,and paying attention to the health and psychological needs of elderly people who care for their grandchildren.From the perspective of family development and social policies,it is necessary for us to strengthen family support and social intervention for the elderly and promote the organic integration of nursing and care for the elderly.
