摘  要:微流控芯片装载系统是一种用于实现微流控芯片实验的设备,主要用于生物医学、化学分析、环境监测等领域的研究和应用。为评估夹具的结构强度,以确定应用或实验过程中不会发生破损或变形,本文通过ANSYS Workbench对其进行静力学分析、模态分析和谐响应分析,对提升微流控芯片装载系统工作过程中芯片夹具的稳定性和可靠性有重要意义。The microfluidic chip loading system is a device used to realize microfluidic chip experiments,which is mainly used for research and application in the fields of biomedicine,chemical analysis and environmental monitoring.In order to evaluate the structural strength of the fixture to make sure that no breakage or deformation will occur during the application or experiment,this paper carries out static analysis,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis by ANSYS Workbench.It is of great significance to improve the stability and reliability of the chip fixture during the working process of microfluidic chip loading system.
