摘  要:以M3型碎纸机的斜齿圆柱齿轮为研究对象,利用Romax Designer建立分析模型进行参数优化设计,旨在减少碎纸机内部噪声,提高斜齿轮齿轮传动的稳定性,提高齿轮的使用寿命和动力传递的效率。结合斜齿轮技术的参数优化方法,针对传动系统的性能提升进行微观调整。优化过程主要聚焦于降低传动误差并改善齿面载荷分布,以实现传动系统的高效稳定运行。综合使用参数优化对两个斜齿轮进行优化设计,改善了齿轮传动中存在的问题。通过分析对比修形前后的齿轮齿面,齿轮传动的动态特性得到提升,达到了减少噪声和提高齿轮传动寿命的目的。Taking the helical cylindrical gear of M3 type paper shredder as the research object,Romax Designer is used to establish an analytical model for parameter optimization design,aiming at reducing the internal noise of the paper shredder,improving the stability of the helical gear transmission,increasing the service life of the gears and improving the efficiency of the power transmission.Combined with the parameter optimization method of helical gear technology,micro-adjustments are made to improve the performance of the transmission system.The optimization process mainly focuses on reducing transmission errors and improving tooth load distribution to achieve efficient and stable operation of the transmission system.The optimized design of two helical gears using parametric optimization improves the problems in gear transmission.By analyzing and comparing the gear flanks before and after shaping,the dynamic characteristics of the gear transmission are improved,and the purpose of reducing noise and improving the life of the gear transmission is achieved.
