摘 要:装备完好率直接关系到部队遂行多样化作战任务的能力水平,科学有效地开展装备完好率评价工作是加强装备管理的重要手段。在装备完好率评价过程中,设定由技术指标、主要部件寿命储备、配套性、故障影响程度构成指标体系。本文采用马尔可夫链法和模糊综合评价方法分析对各指标进行计算,运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,最后通过加权求和的方式确定装备完好率的总体情况,从而增强装备完好率评价考核的全面性、科学性、精准性。The equipment integrity rate is directly related to the ability level of the military to carry out diversified combat tasks.Scientific and effective evaluation of equipment integrity rate is an important means to strengthen equipment management.In the process of evaluating equipment integrity rate,an indicator system is established consisting of technical indicators,major component life reserves,compatibility,and degree of fault impact.This article uses Markov chain method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and calculate various indicators,uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of each indicator,and finally determines the overall situation of equipment integrity rate through weighted sum,thereby enhancing the comprehensiveness,scientificity,and accuracy of equipment integrity rate evaluation and assessment.
