摘  要:受到集成光子学和硅光子学研究需求增大的影响,片上集成系统中的光隔离器引起了人们的极大兴趣。最近的研究工作探索了非互易光隔离器,并证明了当波向前或向后传输时的非互易传输对比。环形器属于隔离器的一种非互易器件,然而,这种环形器能否在特定条件下提供指定环形方向传输仍然是一个问题。本文分析了基于类电磁诱导透明原理的光环形器的动态非互易性。结果表明,当能量传输时,这种环形器可以实现非单一频率下的信号隔离与特定方向传输。Due to the increasing research demand of integrated photonics and silicon photonics,optical isolators in integrated systems on chip have attracted great interest.Recent research efforts have explored non-reciprocal optical isolators and demonstrated non-reciprocal transmission contrasts when waves are transmitted forward or backward.A circulator belongs to a class of nonreciprocal devices of isolators.However,it is still questionable whether such circulators can provide specified ring-direction transmission under specific conditions.In this paper,we analyze the dynamic nonreciprocity of optical circulators based on the principle of electromagnetic-like induced transparency.The results show that such a circulator can achieve signal isolation with specific directional transmission at non-single frequencies when energy is transmitted.
