摘 要:目的建立气相色谱法测定五加皮中7种香精成分的分析方法。方法对提取溶剂、分流比及色谱柱型号等参数进行考察,利用氢火焰离子化检测器(flame ionization detector,FID)检测,采用外标法定量分析。结果将乙酸乙酯作为提取溶剂,CD624毛细管色谱柱分离,分流比为5∶1条件最优,7种香精成分能实现完全分离,线性关系良好,相关系数r均大于0.999。平均加标回收率为87.33%~93.66%,相对标准偏差(n=6)均低于5%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,可满足五加皮中7种香精成分的检测。Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of 7 essence components in Acanthopanacis Cortex.Methods The parameters,such as extraction solvent,split ratio and chromatographic column model were examined,and a gas chromatographic method was established by using hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID)and external standard method for quantification.Results When ethyl acetate was used as the extraction solvent and CD-624 capillary column was used for separation,the split ratio of 5∶1 was the best,and the 7 essence components could be completely separated,with good linear relationship,r>0.999.The average recovery rate of the added standard was 87.33%—93.66%,and the relative standard deviation(n=6)was less than 5%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used to detect the 7 essence ingredients in Acanthopanax Cortex.
