消痔灵灌注联合负压抽吸治疗腋臭的效果

摘　　要：目的观察并比较单一负压抽吸术与负压抽吸联合消痔灵灌注治疗腋臭的临床疗效及并发症发生情况,探讨联合治疗对腋臭患者异味程度和生活质量的影响。方法选取收治的81例首次治疗腋臭的患者,随机分为负压抽吸组(39例)与联合治疗组(42例)。抽吸组给予单一负压抽吸术治疗,联合治疗组给予负压抽吸联合消痔灵灌注治疗。比较2种治疗方法的临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果术后随访3~6个月,负压抽吸组的伤口愈合时间长于联合治疗组(P<0.05);负压抽吸组的总有效率(84.62%)低于联合治疗组(100.00%),P<0.05;负压抽吸组的并发症总发生率(26.92%)高于联合治疗组(13.10%),P<0.05;负压抽吸组患者的生活质量评分显著低于联合治疗组(P<0.05)。结论消痔灵灌注联合负压抽吸对于腋臭的治疗效果优于单一负压抽吸治疗,且能显著降低并发症的发生,减轻腋臭患者的异味程度,改善其生活质量。Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy and complications of single negative pressure suction and negative pressure suction combined with Xiaozhiling perfusion in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis,and to explore the effect of combined treatment on the degree of odor and quality of life in patients with underarm odor.Methods A total of 81 patients with axillary osmidrosis treated for the first time were randomly divided into negative pressure suction group(39 cases)and a combined treatment group(42 cases).The negative pressure suction group was treated with single negative pressure aspiration.The combined treatment group was given negative pressure aspiration combined with Xiaozhiling perfusion.The clinical efficacy and complications of the 2 treatment methods were compared.Results During the 3—6 months follow-up after operation,the wound healing time in the negative pressure suction group was significantly longer than that in the combined treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(84.62%)was lower than the combined treatment group(100.00%)(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the negative pressure suction group(26.92%)was higher than that in the combined treatment group(13.10%)(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the patients in the negative pressure suction group was significantly lower than that in the combined treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaozhiling perfusion combined with negative pressure suction is better than single negative pressure suction in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis,and the combination can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the degree of odor in patients with axillary osmidrosis,and improve the quality of life.
