刃针焠刺治疗丛集性头痛经验

摘　　要：丛集性头痛是一种发作程度剧烈的头痛,以单侧眶周撕裂痛为主要表现,常伴有同侧球结膜充血、流泪等自主神经症状;西医治疗虽可缓解头痛发作,但很难临床治愈。刘鸿主任医师认为本病急性期以风火痰瘀闭阻经络,不通则痛为主;缓解期以脏腑正气亏虚,气血不足,脉络痹阻为主。在急性期用刃针焠刺阿是穴,温经散寒除痹,祛风通络止痛,迅速缓解头痛发作;缓解期选取足少阳胆经腧穴为主,搭配足厥阴肝经穴位,兼顾上下穴位;调补脏腑气血,疏通经络腧穴,通络止痛,能有效降低丛集性头痛发作的频率;达到急则治其标,缓则治其本的目的,为临床提供了一种简便易廉的针灸治疗偏头痛方法。Cluster headache is a severe headache characterized by unilateral periorbital tear pain,often accompanied by autonomic nervous system symptoms such as congestion of the ipsilateral conjunctiva and tearing.Although Western medicine treatment can alleviate headaches,it is difficult to cure clinically.Chief physician Liu Hong believes that the pathogenesis of this disease in the acute stage is mainly wind fire,phlegm and blood stasis blocking the meridians,and pain is mainly due to blockage.the remission stage is mainly characterized by deficiency of vital energy in the organs,insufficient qi and blood,and obstruction of the meridians.During the acute stage,use fire needling acupuncture technique to pierce the Ashi acupoint,warm the meridians,disperse cold,eliminate pain or numbness,dispel wind,unblock collaterals,and relieve pain,quickly relieving headache attacks.During the remission stage,the acupoints of gallbladder meridian of foot shaoyang are mainly selected,and the acupoints of liver meridian of foot jueyin are matched,taking into account the upper and lower acupoints;Regulating the qi and blood of viscera,dredging meridians and acupoints,dredging collaterals and relieving pain can effectively reduce the frequency of cluster headache attacks.To achieve the goal of urgently reduce and slowly addressing the root causes of disease.It provides a simple,easy and inexpensive acupuncture and moxibustion method for the treatment of migraine.
