摘　　要：目的:探究膝关节痛患者采用超声引导下穴位脉冲射频治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年2月于徐州医科大学第二附属医院疼痛科就诊的90例膝关节痛患者,按随机数字表法分两组,各45例。对照组给予常规针刺治疗,研究组予以超声引导下穴位脉冲射频治疗。对比两组临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组总有效率为91.11%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组VAS评分、WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在膝关节痛患者中采用超声引导下穴位脉冲射频治疗效果显著,可减轻疼痛,改善膝关节功能,且安全性高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound guided acupoint pulse radiofrequency therapy in patients with knee joint pain.Method:A total of 90 patients with knee joint pain treated in the Pain Department of Second Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment,and the study group was given ultrasound guided acupoint pulse radiofrequency treatment.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Western Ontario and McMaster University(WOMAC)osteoarthritis index score and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 91.11%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and WOMAC osteoarthritis index score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of ultrasound guided acupoint pulse radiofrequency therapy in patients with knee joint pain has a significant effect,can alleviate pain,improve knee joint function,and is highly safe.
