摘 要:目的:探究即时灌肠联合中医捏脊干预对新生儿胆红素水平及排便相关指标的影响。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年6月在南昌市人民医院出生的60例新生儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将新生儿分为对照组(n=30,接受常规护理干预)与观察组(n=30,在常规护理基础上接受即时灌肠联合中医捏脊干预)。比较两组胆红素水平及排便相关指标。结果:第1天,两组胆红素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第2、3、4天,观察组胆红素水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组首次排便时间、胎便排尽时间分别为(1.03±0.11)、(40.92±6.37)h,均显著短于对照组的(5.20±1.21)、(53.24±5.86)h,排便次数为(4.75±0.91)次/d,显著多于对照组的(3.25±0.84)次/d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:即时灌肠联合中医捏脊对新生儿的干预效果显著,可有效控制新生儿胆红素水平并改善新生儿肠道功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of instant coloclysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine spinal pinching intervention on bilirubin levels and defecation related indexes in neonates.Method:A total of 60 neonates born in Nanchang People's Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the neonates were divided into control group(n=30,received routine nursing intervention)and observation group(n=30,received instant coloclysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine spinal pinching intervention on the basis of routine nursing)by random number table method.Bilirubin levels and defecation related indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:On day 1,there was no significant difference in bilirubin level between the two groups(P>0.05).On days 2,3 and 4,the bilirubin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first defecation time and meconium excretion time in the observation group were(1.03±0.11)and(40.92±6.37)h,respectively,which were significantly shorter than(5.20±1.21)and(53.24±5.86)h in the control group,and the times of defecation was(4.75±0.91)times/d,which was significantly higher than(3.25±0.84)times/d of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Instant coloclysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine spinal pinching has a significant intervention effect on neonates,which can effectively control the bilirubin level of newborns and improve the intestinal function of newborns.
