米格列醇+格列吡嗪治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效及对血糖水平的影响评价

摘　　要：目的探讨米格列醇+格列吡嗪治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效及对血糖水平的影响。方法选取2021年10月-2023年10月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的84例2型糖尿病的患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为两组,各42例。对照组给予格列吡嗪单药服,观察组给予米格列醇+格列吡嗪共治,对比两组临床疗效、血糖控制情况、胰岛功能以及用药安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.24%)高于对照组(80.95%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.086,P=0.043)。用药后,观察组各项血糖控制指标、胰岛功能指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米格列醇+格列吡嗪治疗可明显提升2型糖尿病患者的用药疗效,更有效调节机体血糖及胰岛功能,同时保障用药安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of miglitol and glipizide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influence on blood glucose level.Methods A total of eighty-four patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with forty-two patients in each group.The control group was given glipizide monotherapy,and the observation group was given miglitol plus glipizide.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose control,islet function and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(95.24%)was higher than that of control group(80.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.086,P=0.043).After treatment,the blood glucose control indexes and islet function indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of miglitol and glipizide can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of type 2 diabetes patients,regulate blood glucose and islet function more effectively,and ensure the safety of medication.
