摘  要:针对因中远端游离态粉细砂等运移导致油井出砂的问题,研发了一种非树脂型防砂体系,并开展了防砂体系性能评价实验。结果表明,该体系耐温16~120℃,自聚能力≥90%,适用矿化度20×10^(4)mg/L,同时体系凝胶具有一定微孔孔径,渗透率保持率≥85%,对中粗粒径砂、粉细砂以及粘土等具备普适性,可以满足抑砂和固砂现场需求。A non-resin sand control system has been developed to address the problem of sand production in oil wells caused by the migration of free silty sand in the middle and lower reaches.Through performance tests of the sand control system,it was showed that the system has a temperature resistance of 16~120C,a self-polymerization capacity of≥90%,and was suitable for a salinity of 20 ×10^(4)mg/L,and the system gel has a certain micropore diameter,and the permeability retention rate was≥85%,which was universal for medium coarse sand,silty fine sand,clay,etc.,and can meet the needs of sand control and sand consolidation site.
