摘  要:沸腾床加氢设置2台反应器,第1台主要用于脱煤焦油中金属,第2台主要用于脱除煤焦油中氧、硫、氮和烯烃饱和反应。煤焦油沸腾床加氢反应是放热反应,同时还是聚合反应,正常反应温度达到380~420℃。事故状态下反应器内催化剂不能成均匀的沸腾状态催化剂堆积,反应放出热量大量集聚,致使反应器催化剂结焦。若通过沸腾床反应入口增加高压冲洗油管线,事故状态下通过高压冲洗油置换反应器里热量,便不会使反应器温度聚集,催化剂也不会结焦。经过技术改造后,装置在煤焦油进入第一反应器及第二反应器时的温控更有效率,大大降低了沸腾床非正常工况下超温或飞温并结焦的风险;增加极冷油后不论是正常工况还是非正常工况都可以根据反应情况进行调整,使系统整体压差平稳。Two reactors were set for boiling bed hydrogenation.The first reactor was mainly used for removing metal from coal tar,and the second reactor was mainly used for olefin saturation reaction,and for removing oxygen,sulfur and nitrogen in coal tar.The hydrogenation reaction of coal tar boiling bed was an exothermal reaction,and there was also a polymerization reaction,the normal reaction temperature reaches 380~420℃.Under the accident state,the catalyst in the reactor can not be formed into a uniform boiling state catalyst accumulation,the reaction released a large amount of heat concentration,resulting in the reactor catalyst coking.If the high pressure flushing oil pipeline was added through the reaction inlet of the boiling bed,the heat in the reactor was replaced by the high pressure flushing oil in the accident state,the temperature of the reactor will not accumulate and the catalyst will not focus.After technical transformation of the total pressure difference,temperature analysis can be seen after the modification,the device in the coal tar into the first reactor and the second reactor temperature control more efficient,greatly reduces the risk of boiling bed abnormal flying temperature and coking,after technical upgrading increase extremely cold oil after both normal and abnormal conditions can be adjusted according to the reaction,the overall pressure difference system was smooth.
