摘  要:开发用于氯甲烷合成釜氯化氢和甲醇气体釜外混合的静态混合器和氯甲烷合成气过滤除杂装置,使氯化氢和甲醇气体进釜之前达到高效混合,减少偏流,提高合成釜单釜生产能力;减少设备拆检清理的工作量,避免在设备拆检清理过程中停车,同时减少设备解体检修次数,使合成釜时空收率由0.089g/(mL·h)提高至0.119g/(mL·h)。The static mixer and the chloromethane synthesis gas filtering and deimpurity device for hydrogen chloride and methanol gas outside the kettle were developed for efficient mixing of hydrogen chloride and methanol gas before entering the kettle,reducing bias flow,improving the production capacity of the single kettle of the synthesis kettle,reducing the workload of equipment disassembly and cleaning,avoiding the stop in the process of equipment disassembly and cleaning,and reducing the number of equipment disassembly and maintenance,so that the spatiotemporal yield of the synthesis kettle was increased from 0.089g/(mL·h)to 0.119g/(mL·h).
