超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗面部痤疮瘢痕的应用及临床预后评估

摘　　要：目的分析面部痤疮瘢痕患者使用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光进行治疗的临床效果及预后。方法单纯随机选取2022年1—12月滕州市中医医院收治的150例面部痤疮瘢痕患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,各75例。对照组应用微针技术治疗,观察组以超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗。比较两组疗效、临床预后。结果观察组痤疮瘢痕状态评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组痤疮瘢痕性质评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2.67%,低于对照组的12.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.807,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后恢复相关指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论运用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗面部痤疮瘢痕,能够有效改善痤疮瘢痕状态、瘢痕性质,具有良好的治疗安全性。Objective To analyze the effect on the treatment of facial acne scars with ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide fractional laser and the prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 150 patients with facial acne scar admitted to Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were purely randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 75 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with microneedle technology and the observation group was treated with super-pulse carbon dioxide dot matrix laser.The efficacy and clinical prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The acne scar status score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The acne scar quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.67%lower than that in the control group(12.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.807,P<0.05).The relevant indexes of recovery after treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of superpulse carbon dioxide dot matrix laser in the treatment of facial acne scars can effectively improve the status and properties of acne scars,and has good therapeutic safety.
