恩替卡韦联合苦黄注射液及甘草酸二铵注射液治疗慢性肝炎的价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析恩替卡韦+苦黄注射液+甘草酸二铵注射液方案对慢性肝炎治疗的价值。方法方便选取2021年11月—2022年11月在滨海县人民医院接受治疗的97例慢性肝炎患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为两组。对照组(n=48)给予西药恩替卡韦治疗,观察组(n=49)在对照组的基础上加用苦黄注射液和甘草酸二胺注射液。对比两组患者肝功能、肝纤维化指标和临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组总胆红素、门冬氨酸氨基转氨酶、丙氨酸氨基转氨酶水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.88%,高于对照组的79.17%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.521,P=0.033)。观察组肝纤维化指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论恩替卡韦联合苦黄注射液及甘草酸二铵注射液治疗慢性肝炎效果显著,可改善患者肝脏功能。Objective To analyze the value of Entecavir+Kuhuang injection+diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection in the treatment of chronic hepatitis.Methods A total of 97 patients of chronic hepatitis disease treated in Binhai County People's Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method.48 patients in the control group were treated with Entecavir,while 49 patients in the observation group were treated with Kuhuang injection+diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection on the basis of the control group.The indexes of liver function and liver fibrosis,the clinical therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the levels of total bilirubin,aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was 93.88%,which was higher than 79.17%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.521,P=0.033).The liver fibrosis indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Entecavir combined with Kuhuang injection and diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection can acheive a significant effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis patients.It can also improve the liver function of patients.
