养阴散结汤联合左旋甲状腺素片在分化型甲状腺癌术后患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨养阴散结汤联合左旋甲状腺素片在分化型甲状腺癌(differentiated thyroid can⁃cer,DTC)术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月—2023年10月贵州中医药大学第二附属医院收治的84例DTC患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,各42例。对照组采用左旋甲状腺素片治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上联用养阴散结汤。比较两组治疗总有效率、甲状腺激素及免疫功能指标水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.126,P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组相比,研究组促甲状腺激素、甲状腺球蛋白及CD8^(+)水平更低,CD4^(+)水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论养阴散结汤联合左旋甲状腺素片在DTC术后患者中具有较为理想的应用效果,可以改善其甲状腺激素水平,提高免疫功能。Objective To explore the application effect of Yangyin Sanjie decoction combined with levothyroxine tablets in postoperative patients with differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC).Methods A total of 84 DTC patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine tablets,and the study group was treated with Yangyin Sanjie decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Compare the two groups total effective treatment,thyroid hormone and immune function index level.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.126,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone,thyroglobulin and CD8^(+) in the study group were lower,and the level of CD4^(+) was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yangyin Sanjie decoction and levothyroxine tablets has an ideal application effect in postoperative DTC patients,which can improve their thyroid hormone levels and immune function.
