米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊对子宫肌瘤剔除术后复发的影响

摘　　要：目的研究米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊对子宫肌瘤剔除术后复发的影响。方法方便选取2020年6月—2023年6月连云港市赣榆区中医院收治的76例子宫肌瘤剔除术后,患者作为研究对象。采用随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,每组38例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组给予米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后卵巢功能、细胞因子水平、复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(92.11%)明显高于对照组(73.68%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.547,P<0.05)。观察组白介素-22水平高于对照组,促卵泡激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤剔除术,可保护卵巢功能,调节细胞因子表达水平,提升疗效,降低复发率。Objective To study the effect of mifepristone combined with Gong Liuxiao Capsules on recurrence after hysteromyomectomy.Methods A total of seventy-six patients with hysteromyomectomy treated in Lianyungang Ganyu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.The group was divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group were given mifepristone treatment,and the observation group were given mifepristone combined with Gong Liuxiao Capsules treatment.The treatment effect,ovarian function,cytokine level and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups showed that the observation group was 92.11%higher than the control group(73.68%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.547,P<0.05).The level of interleukin-22 was higher in the observation group and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol and tumor necrosis factor-αwere lower in the observation groups,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Gong Liuxiao Capsules can protect ovarian function,regulate cytokine expression level,improve curative effect and reduce recurrence.
