摘 要:研究以热活化铝矾土尾矿替代烧粘土,配制了熟料含量50%的复合水泥,研究了热活化铝矾土尾矿与石灰石掺量比例对复合水泥性能影响。结果表明:热活化铝矾土尾矿可以替代烧粘土配制石灰石烧粘土水泥。石灰石的掺入比例增加,能够降低复合水泥标准稠度需水量并缩短凝结时间;当热活化铝矾土尾矿与石灰石掺入比例为3时,复合水泥力学性能可达到42.5 MPa等级。热活化铝矾土尾矿与石灰石配制的复合水泥水化过程与LC3水泥相似,同样生成了水化碳铝酸盐新相。This study used thermally activated bauxite tailings instead of burnt clay to prepare composite cement with a clinker content of 50%.The effect of the ratio of thermally activated bauxite tailings to limestone on the performance of composite cement was studied.The results indicate that thermally activated bauxite tailings can replace clay burning to prepare limestone clay fired cement.Increasing the proportion of limestone can reduce the water requirement for the stand-ard consistency of composite cement and shorten the setting time;When the ratio of thermally activated bauxite tailings to limestone is 3,the mechanical properties of composite cement can reach a level of 42.5 MPa.The hydration process of composite cement prepared by thermally activated bauxite tailings and limestone is similar to that of LC3 cement,and a new phase of hydrated carboaluminate is also generated.
