摘  要:结合聚苯颗粒混凝土保温隔热性能好、轻质、环保和钢筋桁架刚度大二者的优势,提出一种新型装配式轻质保温墙板。为明确该类墙板的平面外抗弯性能,对3个试件进行了单调荷载作用下的四点弯曲试验,对比分析了该类墙板的破坏机理和不同钢筋桁架数量对抗弯性能的影响。试验结果表明:该类墙板的力学性能优良,具有良好的延性;墙板中钢筋桁架数量的增加,可明显提高墙板的抗弯性能,当桁架数量从1个提升到4个时,墙板极限承载力提高了115.9%。Combining the excellent thermal insulation performance,lightweight,environmental friendliness of polysty-rene granule concrete,and the high stiffness of steel truss frames,a new type of prefabricated lightweight insulation wall panel is proposed.Monotonic four-point bending tests were performed on three specimens to assess the planar flexural be-havior of the specified wall panel design and examine deformation characteristics.The experimental results demonstrate the outstanding mechanical properties of this wall panel type,emphasizing its substantial ductility.Enhancing the quantity of steel trusses in the wall panel significantly improves its flexural performance,leading to a 115.9%increase in ultimate bearing capacity when the number of trusses is increased from one to four.
