摘 要:为了研究节能导管对船后螺旋桨水动力性能及船体振动水平的影响,应用CFD方法对船-桨-节能导管模型进行数值模拟。计算满载(直航、转向)和压载(直航、转向)4种工况下,节能导管受压变化规律。对比船后螺旋桨加装节能导管前后的水动力性能及叶片表面的压力分布,结果表明:节能导管使推力增加7.87%,扭矩增加6.35%,螺旋桨的效率提高,节能效率达到要求。同时布置并测算一系列监测点的脉动压力,得到随螺旋桨距离远近的变化规律。在节能导管的作用下,各监测点压力的最高幅值降低,压差减小,船体振动水平降低。In order to study the influence of energy-saving conduit on the hydrodynamic performance of the aft propel-ler and the vibration level of the ship's hull,CFD method is applied to numerically simulate the ship-propeller-energy-sav-ing conduit model.Calculate the change rule of energy-saving conduit pressure under four working conditions,namely,full load(direct sailing,steering)and ballast(direct sailing,steering).Comparing the hydrodynamic performance of the aft propeller before and after installing the energy-saving conduit and the pressure distribution on the blade surface,the re-sults show that the energy-saving conduit increases the thrust by 7.87%,the torque by 6.35%,and the efficiency of the propeller is improved,and the energy-saving efficiency meets the requirements.At the same time,the pulsation pressure of a series of monitoring points is arranged and measured,and the rule of change is obtained with the distance of the propel-ler.Under the action of the energy-saving conduit,the maximum amplitude of the pressure at each monitoring point de-creases,the pressure difference decreases,and the vibration level of the hull decreases.
