雷火灸治疗膝骨关节炎对膝关节功能恢复、疼痛程度水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨雷火灸治疗膝骨关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)对膝关节功能恢复、疼痛程度水平的影响。方法随机选取柘荣县医院于2021年1月—2022年12月收治的80例KOA患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,各40例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予雷火灸治疗。于治疗前、治疗1个月以及治疗2个月时,使用Lysholm膝关节评分表(Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale,LKSS)、数字分级法(Numeric Rating Scale,NRS)、运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Function,FMA),分别评价两组的膝关节功能水平、肢体疼痛水平以及肢体运动功能。另使用膝关节损伤和骨关节炎结局评分(Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score,KOOS),比较两组患者的生活质量。结果治疗1个月、治疗2个月时,观察组Lysholm膝关节评分、FMA量表评分高于对照组,NRS量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.756/9.866、2.260/10.033、2.487/5.860,P均<0.05)。治疗2个月时,观察组患者的KOOS量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸能够明显改善KOA患者的膝关节功能水平,有效缓解肢体疼痛,同时促进其肢体运动功能的恢复,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of thunder fire moxibustion treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee(KOA)on the knee joint function recovery and pain level.Methods A total of 80 patients with KOA admitted to Zherong County Hospital,from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups with 40 cases each by random number table method.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given lightning fire moxibustion treatment.Before,1 month,and 2 months of treatment,Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale(LKSS)and Numeric Rating Scale(NRS)were used and Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Function(FMA)were used to evaluate knee function,limb pain and limb motor function of the two groups.The Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score(KOOS)was also used to compare the quality of life between the two groups.Results After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,Lysholm knee joint score and FMA scale score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and NRS scale score was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.756/9.866,2.260/10.033,2.487/5.860,all P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the scores of KOOS scales in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion can significantly improve the functional level of knee joints of KOA patients,effectively relieve limb pain,and at the same time promote the recovery of their limb motor function and improve the quality of life.
