输尿管软镜在肾结石治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究在肾结石患者治疗中应用输尿管软镜的价值。方法回顾性选取2022年9月—2023年9月于福州市长乐区人民医院接受治疗的90例肾结石患者的临床资料,根据患者治疗的方式将其分为两组,对照组(45例)用经皮肾镜碎石术治疗,观察组(45例)用输尿管软镜治疗。对比两组临床疗效、并发症发生情况、围术期指标、治疗前后肾功能损伤标志物水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.78%)与对照组(100.00%)对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.011,P=0.315)。观察组并发症总发生率(2.22%)比对照组(15.56%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.939,P=0.026)。观察组术中出血量低于对照组,患者下床活动、导尿管拔除和住院的时间均短于对照组,手术时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组肾功能损伤标志物水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组肾功能损伤标志物水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肾结石患者治疗中,相比于经皮肾镜碎石术,输尿管软镜治疗的患者并发症发生风险更低,康复进程更快,帮助患者改善其肾功能水平。Objective To investigate the value of the application of ureteral flexible scope in the treatment of renal stone patients.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with renal stone who received treatment in Fuzhou Changle District People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.The control group(45 cases)was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotripsis,and the observation group(45 cases)was treated with ureteral flexible scope.The clinical efficacy,incidence of complications,perioperative indexes,renal function injury markers before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group(97.78%)and the control group(100.00%)(χ^(2)=1.011,P=0.315).The total complication rate of observation group(2.22%)was lower than that of control group(15.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.939,P=0.026).The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the time of getting out of bed,catheter removal and hospitalization were shorter than those in the control group,and the operative time was longer than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in renal function injury markers between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of renal injury markers in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with renal stones,compared with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy,ureteral flexible scope treatment of patients with a lower risk of complications,the process of recovery is faster,to help patients to improve their renal function level.
