小剂量米索前列醇用于Bishop宫颈成熟度评分值低于6分的待产孕妇生产的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究小剂量米索前列醇用于Bishop宫颈成熟度评分值低于6分的待产孕妇生产的临床效果。方法方便选取南京市六合区人民医院于2020年1月—2023年5月收治的85例Bishop宫颈成熟度评分值低于6分的待产孕妇作为研究对象,依照随机数表法将患者分成对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=43),对照组实施宫缩素进行生产,观察组实施小剂量米索前列醇进行生产。分析两组促宫颈成熟有效率及成功率、Bishop评分。结果观察组的促宫颈成熟有效率及成功率分别为93.02%、90.70%,高于对照组的72.09%、71.43%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.701、5.163,P均<0.05)。观察组用药后的Bishop评分为(8.90±1.23)分,高于对照组的(6.88±0.79)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.985,P<0.05)。结论对Bishop宫颈成熟度评分值低于6分的待产孕妇生产实施小剂量米索前列醇干预,可以在一定程度上提高促宫颈成熟有效率与成功率,在保障顺利生产方面有积极作用。Objective To study the clinical effect of low-dose misoprostol on expectant pregnant women with Bishop cervical maturity score less than 6.Methods From January 2020 to May 2023,85 pregnant women with Bishop cervical maturity score lower than 6 in Liuhe District People's Hospital of Nanjing were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=43).The control group was given oxytocin for production,and the observation group was given low-dose misoprostol for production.The effective rate,success rate and Bishop score of cervical ripening in the two groups were analyzed.Results The effective rate and success rate of cervical ripening in the observation group were 93.02%and 90.70%,respectively,which were higher than 72.09%and 71.43%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.701,5.163,both P<0.05).The Bishop score of the observation group after treatment was(8.90±1.23)points,which was higher than that of the control group(6.88±0.79)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.985,P<0.05).Conclusion In expectant pregnant women with Bishop cervical maturity score lower than 6,the intervention of low-dose misoprostol can improve the efficiency and success rate of cervical maturation promotion to a certain extent,and has a positive effect on ensuring smooth delivery.
