摘　　要：目的研究数字减影全脑血管造影和支架植入术的围术期护理。方法随机选取2021年1月—2023年7月在滕州市中医医院进行数字减影全脑血管造影和支架植入术的70例患者为研究对象,依照计算机随机分配的方式分为观察组(n=35)、对照组(n=35)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取围术期护理干预,对比两组并发症发生率、护理满意度以及生活质量评分。结果观察组满意度(97.14%)显著高于对照组(82.86%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.968,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(11.43%)显著低于对照组(31.43%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.158,P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将围术期护理应用于数字减影全脑血管造影和支架植入术中,可显著改善患者预后生活状态,提高生活质量,降低并发症发生率,有着较高安全性。Objective To study the perioperative nursing of digital subtraction cerebral angiography and stent implantation.Methods Seventy patients undergoing digital subtraction cerebrovascular angiography and stenting in Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to July 2023 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35)according to computer random assignment.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given perioperative nursing intervention.The incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction and quality scores of life were compared between the groups.Results The satisfaction of the observation group(97.14%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.968,P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group(11.43%)was significantly lower than that of control group(31.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.158,P<0.05).The quality of life score was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of perioperative nursing in digital subtraction cerebral angiography and stenting,which can significantly improve the prognosis and life status of patients,improve the quality of life,reduce the probability of complications,and has a high safety.
