早期肠内外营养支持护理对老年结直肠癌患者术后营养状况及康复效果的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨老年结直肠癌患者术后应用早期肠内外营养支持护理对自身营养状况以及康复效果的影响。方法随机选取2020年1月—2023年1月威海市文登区中西医结合医院收治的老年结直肠癌患者70例为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例,对照组给予肠外营养支持护理,观察组加用早期肠内外营养支持护理,比较两组营养状况、生活质量和护理满意度。结果观察组的营养状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的精神健康、生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组和对照组的护理总满意度分别为97.14%和80.00%,观察组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.081,P<0.05)。结论在结直肠癌患者的治疗中,应用早期肠内外营养支持护理的效果显著。Objective To explore the influence of the application of early intra-and extra-intestinal nutritional support nursing on the nutritional status as well as the rehabilitation effect of elderly colorectal cancer patients after surgery.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with colorectal cancer admitted to Weihai Wendeng District Hospital of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given parenteral nutrition support nursing,and the observation group combined with early parenteral nutrition support nursing.The nutritional status,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mental health,physiological function,physical pain and social function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 97.14%and 80.00%respectively,and the observation group was significantly better,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.081,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of colorectal cancer patients,the effect of early parenteral nutrition support nursing is significant。
