黄芪建中汤合温针灸治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者应用黄芪建中汤合温针灸治疗的效果。方法回顾性选取黔西市中医医院于2022年1月—2023年12月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者100例的临床资料,按照治疗方式不同分为两组,对照组50例患者进行附子理中丸治疗,观察组50例患者进行黄芪建中汤合温针灸治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、组织病理评分、治疗总有效率。结果治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12周后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组组织病理评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12周后,观察组病例评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.376,P<0.05)。结论中医辨证脾胃虚寒型的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者联合应用黄芪建中汤、温针灸治疗,可降低中医证候积分与组织病理评分,可提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with warm acupuncture on chronic atrophic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to Qianxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.50 patients in the control group were treated with Fuzi Lizhong Pill,and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with warm acupuncture.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(TCM)syndrome score,histopathological score and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in histopathological score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,this score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.376,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and warm acupuncture for chronic atrophic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type of TCM syndrome differentiation can reduce TCM syndrome score and histophiologic score,and improve treatment effect.
