摘　　要：目的分析桃红四物汤治疗血瘀型月经不调的效果。方法随机选取2020年1月—2023年1月期间因月经不调到三明市沙县区总医院妇科就诊的100例患者为研究对象,结合随机数表法将其分为对照组、研究组,各50例,对照组给予新生化颗粒治疗,研究组加用桃红四物汤治疗,比较患者康复有效率、中医证候积分、月经评分、子宫内膜厚度、激素指标、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分。结果研究组的康复有效率(94.00%)显著高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的月经量异常、小腹疼痛等中医证候积分有所下降且低于对照组,研究组的月经周期、月经量、子宫内膜厚度指标更优,生活质量更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组月经持续时间、激素指标均有所改善,但差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论桃红四物汤治疗血瘀型月经不调的效果确切,可显著改善患者的月经情况、提高患者的预后。Objective To analyze the effect of Taohong Siwu decoction in treating blood stasis type menstrual irregularity.Methods 100 patients who visited the Department of Gynecology,Sanming Shaxian District General Hospital due to menstrual irregularities during the period from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and combined with the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with new biochemical granules,and the study group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction.The patients were compared in terms of recovery effective rate,TCM evidence points,menstrual score,endometrial thickness,hormonal indexes,incidence of adverse reactions,and quality of life score.Results The recovery effective rate of the study group(94.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM evidence points of abnormal menstrual volume flow and abdominal pain in the study group decreased and were lower than those of the control group,and the study group had better indicators of menstrual cycle,menstrual flow,and endometrial thickness,and a higher quality of life,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The duration of menstruation and hormone indexes of the two groups improved,but the difference was not statistically significant(both P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Taohong Siwu decoction in treating blood stasis type menstrual disorders is precise,which can significantly improve the menstrual situation and improve the prognosis of the patients.
