摘　　要：目的:探究经肋骨骨折切开复位内固定术治疗重症胸外伤对肺部并发症的影响。方法:研究对象选取抚州市第一人民医院2021年1月1日—2023年1月1日收治的80例重症胸外伤患者,用抽签法分为对照组、研究组,各40例。对照组予以保守治疗,研究组予以保守治疗+经肋骨骨折切开复位内固定术治疗。评估两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、肺部并发症发生率。结果:研究组总有效率(95.00%)明显高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);治疗后两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分呈下降趋势,治疗后3 d低于治疗前,治疗后7 d低于治疗后3 d及治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肺部并发症总发生率(5.00%)明显低于对照组(20.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:经肋骨骨折切开复位内固定术应用于重症胸外伤患者可以取得较好的治疗效果,降低肺部并发症发生风险,减轻疼痛。Objective:To investigate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation through rib fracture on pulmonary complications in the treatment of severe chest trauma.Method:The study subjects were selected from 80 patients with severe chest trauma admitted to First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from January 1,2021 to January 1,2023,and divided into control group and study group by drawing lots,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conservative therapy,and the study group was given conservative therapy+open reduction and internal fixation through rib fracture.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and incidence of pulmonary complications were evaluated.Result:The total effective rate of the study group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups showed a downward trend after treatment,which were lower at 3 days after treatment than before treatment,and were lower at 7 days after treatment than after 3 days and before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of pulmonary complications in the study group(5.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of open reduction and internal fixation through rib fracture in the treatment of severe chest trauma can achieve good therapeutic effect,reduce the risk of pulmonary complications and relieve pain.
