摘  要:为进一步优化半水-二水湿法磷酸生产技术,提高磷收率,研究液相P_(2)O_(5)浓度及SO_(3)浓度对半水石膏转晶制备二水石膏过程的影响。实验结果表明,半水石膏在液相SO3质量分数3%~6%,P_(2)O_(5)质量分数3%~6%时可以快速完成转晶生成二水石膏,转晶时间20~30 min,实际生产控制时间在120~150 min,转晶过程中半水石膏中枸溶性P_(2)O_(5)、难溶性P_(2)O_(5)、总P_(2)O_(5)均大幅度下降,P_(2)O_(5)的收率达到97.5%,转晶过程中Fe_(2)O_(3)残留在石膏中,Al_(2)O_(3)、MgO、F进入磷酸中,可能带来杂质富集,影响装置稳定运行。In order to further optimize the hemihydrate-dihydrate WPA production process,improve the yield o phosphorus,the main influencing factors of SO_(3)and P_(2)O_(5)concentration in the process of hemihydrate gypsum crystal transformation to prepare dihydrate gypsum are studied experimentally.The experimental results show that hemihydrate gypsum can quickly transform into dihydrate gypsum at a liquid phase SO_(3)concentration of 3%-6% and P_(2)O_(5)concentration of 3%-6%.The transformation time is 20-30 minutes,and the actua production control time is 120-150 minutes.During the transformation process,the soluble P_(2)O_(5),insoluble P_(2)O_(5),and total P2O5in hemihydrate gypsum are significantly reduced,improving the yield of P_(2)O_(5) to 97.5% During the crystal transformation process,Fe_(2)O_(3)remains in the gypsum,Al_(2)O_(3),MgO and F enter the phosphoric acid,which may bring impurity enrichment and affect the stable operation of the plant.
