摘  要:过磷酸钙经氨水预处理后可替代黏土进行无土造粒,提高肥料产品成球率,降低原料成本。通过试验分析得出,氨水预处理过磷酸钙对产品成球率有显著提高,水含量随氨水用量增加而减少,水溶性磷含量随氨水添加量增加而降低。分析确定过磷酸钙和氨水的质量比为4时为氨水最佳用量。Calcium superphosphate pretreated with ammonia water can instead of clay to achieve the goal of soilless granulation,improving the pelletization rate of fertilizer products and reducing the cost of raw materials.Through experimental analysis,it is concluded that ammonia pretreatment of calcium superphosphate can significantly improve the pelletization rate of the product.The water content decreases with the increase of the amount of ammonia,and the water-soluble phosphorus content decreases with the increase of the addition amount of ammonia.The optimum dosage of ammonia water is determined when the mass ratio of calcium superphosphate to ammonia water is 4.
