摘  要:分别用转鼓造粒工艺和高塔熔体造粒工艺生产26-10-12稳定性肥料,对生产指标、产品指标和原料成本进行对比分析,探讨适宜高氮配比稳定性肥料的生产工艺。结果表明,与转鼓造粒工艺相比,高塔熔体造粒工艺的小时产量提高67.8%,产品颗粒强度提高44.4%,成品率提高33.3%,成品养分合格率提高6.4%,原材料成本降低11.6%,尿素残留率提高107.78%,硝化抑制率提高128.11%,因此高塔熔体造粒工艺比转鼓造粒工艺更适宜生产26-10-12高氮稳定性肥料产品。26-10-12 stable fertilizers are produced by drum granulation process and high tower melt granulation process,production indicators,product indicators and raw material costs are compared to explore the suitable production process for high nitrogen stable fertilizers.The results show that,compared with the drum granulation process,the high tower melt granulation process has a 67.8% increase in hourly production,a 44.4% increase in product particle strength,a 33.3% increase in finished product yield,a 6.4% increase in finished product nutrient qualification rate,a 11.6% reduction in raw material production cost,a 107.78% increase in residual urea rate,and a 128.11% increase in nitrification inhibition rate.Therefore,the high tower melt granulation process is more suitable for producing 26-10-12 high nitrogen stable fertilizer products than the drum granulation process.
