摘  要:云南三环中化化肥有限公司600 kt/a传统法磷酸二铵装置,因尾气排放量大,夹带液滴,温度高、湿度大等原因,导致尾气颗粒物排放指标不稳定。针对以上问题,以无尘冷却器代替流化床冷却器,减少尾气排放量;增设湿式电除雾器,捕集洗涤尾气夹带的液滴;增设尾气冷却器,降低尾气排放温度及湿度。技改后装置运行稳定,ρ(颗粒物)4.01 mg/m^(3),ρ(氟化物)<2.29 mg/m^(3),优于国家指标,且尾气白烟问题得到明显改善。Due to the large amount of exhaust emissions,entrainment of droplets,high temperature,and high humidity,the emission indicators of particulate matter from the 600 kt/a traditional method DAP plant of Yunnan Three Circles-Sinochem Fertilizer Co.,Ltd.are unstable.To address the above issues,the fluidized bed cooler is replaced by a dust-free cooler to reduce exhaust emissions;a wet electric defogger is installed to capture and wash droplets carried by exhaust gas,an exhaust cooler is installed to reduce exhaust emission temperature and humidity.After the technical transformation,the device runs stably,ρ(particulate matter)is 4.01 mg/m^(3),ρ(fluoride)is less than 2.29 mg/m^(3),which is better than the national index,and the problem of white smoke in exhaustgas isobviously improved.
