摘 要:针对氨酸法复合肥生产装置废气处理设施效率低,尾气中氨、颗粒物排放浓度偏高的问题,查找影响的原因,根据废气中污染物种类不同,提出造粒、烘干、冷却工序废气分别治理的改造方案,增加了静电除雾器、袋式除尘器等设备。方案实施后污染物排放浓度大幅度降低,颗粒物排放质量浓度稳定控制在5mg/m^(3)以下,氨排放质量浓度稳定控制在3mg/m^(3)以下,改造取得较好效果。In response to the problem of low efficiency of waste gas treatment facilities and high concentration of ammonia and particulate matter emissions in the tail gas of compound fertilizer production with ammonia acid method,the reasons are identified.Based on the different types of pollutants in the waste gas,a renovation plan is proposed that the waste gas from granulation,drying and cooling processes is separately treated,and equipment such as electrostatic demister and bag filter are added.After the implementation of the plan,the concentration of pollutant emissions is significantly decreased,the mass concentration of particulate matter emissions is remained stable below 5 mg/m^(3),and the mass concentration of ammonia emissions is remained stable below 3 mg/m^(3),achieving good results.
