摘 要:卫星执行机构动量轮轴承组件预紧力是影响角接触球轴承刚度及疲劳寿命的一个重要因素,本文通过赫磁接触应力确定了某型号轴承组件较合适的预紧力和接触角范围,以防接触应力过大导致轴承疲劳损伤;通过轴向位移理论,修正了内外隔圈实际研磨量,提高了轴承预紧配置效率;通过轴承组件跑合试验验证,电机电流稳定;有效控制了摩擦力矩,为卫星动量轮稳定运行及长寿命要求提供了技术支撑。The preload force of the momentum wheel bearing component in satellite actuators is an important factor affecting the stiffness and fatigue life of angular contact ball bearings. The appropriate preload force and consistency selection of a certain type of bearing component are determined through Hertz stress to prevent excessive contact stress from causing bearing fatigue damage. By using axial displacement theory, the actual grinding amount of the inner and outer spacer rings has been corrected to improve the efficiency of bearing preloading configuration. Through the running in test of the bearing components, the motor current is stable and the friction torque is controlled to provide the technical support for the stable operation and long service life requirements of the satellites momentum wheels.
