摘　　要：高质量发展是适应新时代我国社会主要矛盾变化的必然选择,是新征程全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。新质生产力是创新起主导作用的先进生产力质态,发展新质生产力是推动高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点。以新质生产力推动高质量发展必须坚持以改革创新为根本动力,积极培育劳动者、劳动资料和劳动对象并推动其优化组合的跃升,特别是要以科技创新推动产业创新,使科技创新成果更好更快地转化为现实生产力。培育和发展新质生产力需要处理好新质生产力与传统生产力、新质生产力与新型生产关系、自主创新与开放合作之间的关系。High-quality development is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the changes in the principal contradiction facing Chinese society in the new era,and is also the primary task of building a modern socialist country in all respects in the new journey.The new quality productivity is primarily driven by innovation,and the development of new quality productivity is an intrinsic requirement and an important focus for promoting high-quality development.To promote high-quality development with new quality productivity in the new journey of the new era,we must take reform and innovation as the fundamental driving force,actively cultivate new workers,new means of labor,and new subjects of labor,and promote their optimal combination.Especially,we must promote industrial innovation with scientific and technological innovation,transform and upgrade traditional industries,cultivate and strengthen emerging industries,make plans for the development of future industries,so that the achievements of scientific and technological innovation can be better and faster transformed into practical productive forces.
