摘 要:依托工程实例,针对重大件吊装施工常见的吊梁桁架构件,分析空间三角形截面钢管桁架的屈曲强度。将Warren型桁架和Pratt型桁架进行对比分析,指出特定工况下适宜采用的桁架结构形式;对比采用不同三角形钢管截面的Warren型桁架的高宽比、高跨比,分析了这两个因素对三角形桁架屈曲临界荷载的影响,研究了相应的提高屈曲强度的设计方法;分析Warren型钢管桁架不同截面的参数组合,结合特定工况具体分析桁架结构的屈曲形式,提出了针对空间三角形截面钢管桁架结构设计的原则和优化建议。Based on project practice,the buckling strength of steel pipe trusses with triangular crosssection in space is analyzed regarding the common suspension beam truss members in heavy lifting construction.First,the Warren type truss and the Pratt type truss are compared and analyzed,and the appropriate truss structure form is put forward under specific working conditions.At the same time,the height-to-width ratio and height-span ratio of Warren-type trusses with different triangular steel pipe sections are compared,the influence of these two factors on the buckling critical load of triangular trusses is analyzed,and the corresponding design method for improving the buckling strength is studied.Furthermore,the combination of different section parameters of the Warren-type steel pipe truss is analyzed,and the buckling form of the truss structure is analyzed in combination with specific working conditions,and the principles and optimization suggestions for the design of the space triangular-section steel pipe truss structure are proposed for reference in structural design.
