摘 要:通过ANSYS Mechanical APDL软件分析模块计算了深中通道中沉管隧道的超宽变宽管节在水下(管底)受压情况。超宽变宽管节的沉放与对接的测量定位以GPS RTK方式为主,全站仪作为辅助,并对关键步骤进行了复核。在管节安装后管内采用激光测距仪按照预制时检测点位进行净高测量,并对管节姿态及测量塔姿态进行了更加精确的监测,消除了因超宽变宽引起的管节变形导致的测量误差,实现了管节的高精度沉放对接。The ANSYS Mechanical APDL software analysis module is used to calculate the underwater compression condition of the ultra-wide and width variable tube section of immersed tunnel of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Project.GPS RTK is the main method for measuring and positioning the sinking and docking of the ultra-wide and width variable tube segments,with the assistance of total station,the key steps are reviewed.After the tube segments is installed,the laser rangefinder is used to measure the net height according to the detection point of the prefabricated tube section,and the attitude of the tube section and the attitude of the measuring tower are monitored more accurately.The measurement error caused by the deformation of the tube section caused by the widening of the ultra-wide tube section is eliminated,and the high-precision sinking and butting of the tube section is realized.
