摘 要:为了拓宽路基填料来源、资源化利用碱渣,采用碱渣改性高液限黏土,制备路基填料。引入传统石灰土改性黏土填料,通过对比两类改性土的击实性质、承载比(CBR)、7 d无侧限抗压强度(UCS),评价碱渣对高液限黏土的改性效果。结果表明:碱渣土的最大干密度随着碱渣掺量的增大而减小,最佳含水率则反之;碱渣掺量达到30%时,碱渣土的CBR和UCS值最优;碱渣土的击实性质与石灰土相当,碱渣掺量30%的碱渣土CBR、UCS均满足相关规范要求,分别可达到9%石灰掺量石灰土的57%、64%;碱渣改性黏土的强度机理主要来源于碱渣与黏土的颗粒互补作用和碱渣的类石灰性质,碱渣与黏土的化学反应与石灰类似;碱渣能够有效提高黏土的力学性质,改性效果明显。To widen the source of subgrade filler and recycle soda residue,high liquid limit clay is modified by soda residue,preparing subgrade filler called soda residue soil.Lime is used to modify clay filler.By comparing their compaction properties,California Bearing Ratio(CBR)and 7dunconfined compression strength(UCS)of the two types of soils,the modification effect of soda residue modifying high liquid limit clay is evaluated.The results show that the maximum dry density of soda residue soil decreases with the increase of soda residue content,and the optimum water content is vice versa.When the soda residue content reaches 30%,the CBR and UCS values of soda residue soil are highest.The compaction property of soda residue soil is similar to that of lime soil.The CBR and UCS of soda residue soil with 30%soda residue content can meet the requirements of relevant specifications,respectively reaching 57%and 64%of lime soil with 9%lime content.The strength mechanism of soda residue soil is mainly derived from the complementary effect of soda residue and clay particles,and the chemical reaction between soda residue and clay.The chemical reaction between soda residue and clay as lime is similar.Soda residue is lime-like,but it also has its own characteristics,that cause soda residue to effectively improve the mechanical properties of clay.
