摘　　要：非洲猪瘟(African swine fever, ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus, ASFV)感染家猪和欧亚野猪引起的一种传染性强、死亡率高的病毒性疾病。2018年,ASF传入中国,短时间内在中国的多个省份暴发和流行,给中国养猪业造成重大损失。经过几年的时间,ASF在中国得到有效控制。ASFV是目前已知的唯一的虫媒DNA病毒,软蜱在ASF的传播过程中起重要作用。国外已有ASFV在软蜱体内复制并将病毒传染给猪的报道,中国尚缺乏这方面的系统研究,其给ASF防控带来的风险有待评估。本文将就蜱在ASF传播中的作用和中国的蜱感染并传播ASF的潜在能力进行分析,以期为我国ASF的综合防控提供参考。African swine fever(ASF)is a highly contagious and deadly viral disease caused by the African swine fever virus(ASFV).In 2018,ASF was first discovered in China and widely spread.The Chinese government took active prevention and control measures,and the epidemic was effectively controlled.ASFV is currently the only known insect borne DNA virus,and soft ticks play an important role in the transmission of ASF.There have been reports of ASFV replicating in ticks and transmitting the virus to pigs abroad,but there is still a lack of systematic research in China in this area,and the risks it poses to ASF prevention and control need to be evaluated.This study will analyze the role of ticks in the spread of ASF and the potential ability of ticks to infect and spread ASF in China to provide reference for the comprehensive prevention and control of ASF in China.
